DMCA and Copyright Policy
Frogame respects copyright and responds to clear, good-faith notices about material available through the site. Games are provided through authorized third-party distribution embeds, but rights holders can still ask us to review and remove a listing.
How to submit a notice
Email your notice to contact@frogame.com with the subject “Copyright Removal Request.” Please include:
- your full name and a reliable way to contact you;
- identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- the exact Frogame URL for each game or item you want us to review;
- a short explanation of your rights in the work and why the listed use is not authorized;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We will review a complete notice promptly. When appropriate, we will remove or disable the relevant listing and may notify the distribution platform that supplied the game. We may contact you if information needed to identify the work or listing is missing.
Please do not knowingly make a false claim. Misrepresentations in a copyright notice can have legal consequences.
