By using Frogame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

Frogame provides a browsable directory and access to games embedded from third-party distribution platforms. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, update, or remove listings, and we do not promise that every game will remain available or work on every device.

Ownership

Frogame's name, site design, organization, and original site copy belong to Frogame. Each embedded game, its artwork, trademarks, and related content belong to its respective developer, publisher, platform, or other rights holder. Making a game available through an authorized embed does not transfer ownership to Frogame.

Acceptable use

You may use Frogame for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the site's security;
• use automated systems to scrape the site in a harmful or excessive way;
• misrepresent your relationship with Frogame or a game owner;
• copy or redistribute games except as their rights holders allow; or
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Third-party games

Embedded games are operated by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy practices, advertising, and technical requirements. Frogame is not responsible for a third party's content, availability, or conduct.
